Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

1. Introduction

Workplace AI Institute ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our learning platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, enroll in a course, or contact us. This may include your name, email address, billing information, and any messages you send through our contact form. We also collect usage data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on our platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to process course enrollments and payments, provide access to course materials and certificates, send enrollment confirmations and course-related communications, respond to your inquiries and support requests, improve our courses and platform, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Payment Processing

We use Stripe to process payments. Your payment card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Payment processing is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze how our platform is used. See our Cookie Policy for the full list of cookies and the vendors that set them. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our learning platform.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform: Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email delivery (welcome, password reset), Google Analytics and Mixpanel for usage analytics, Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session analytics, Meta (Facebook) for advertising measurement, plus hosting providers. Each service may collect information as described in its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

With your consent, we measure advertising results using the Meta Pixel in your browser and Meta's Conversions API from our servers. This means certain conversion events (such as quiz sign-ups, checkout starts, and completed purchases) are shared with Meta both from your browser and directly from our servers, so the measurement is more accurate than browser tracking alone. Any identifiers we send to Meta from our servers (such as your email address) are hashed before they leave us, and none of this happens unless you accept cookies on our consent banner.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. We may also retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through our contact page.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are designed for working professionals and are not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

12. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us at our contact page or email privacy@workplaceaiinstitute.com.
